Each student is connected to this platform and can receive information and assignments and pass midterms before participating in the session.
Also, taking into account that part-time students are not permanently at the university, groups were created on the Telegram network for each group. Constant communication with students is established through these groups, from where all interesting questions are answered, invitation letters for the next session, lesson schedules are sent. At the same time, separate telegram groups were established for subjects, and subject teachers were also added there, and a full explanation and delivery of subject materials was organized for each subject. In addition, starting from the 2020/2021 admission year, the process of organizing education at the university was launched through the Hemis platform, which made it more convenient for students. Through this system, students get information on the number of classes left, their grades in the subject and the subjects they will study in the next course, and the lesson schedule for the semester they are studying.
The university organizes a week "Access to the credit system" for students recommended for the 1st year of part-time education.
